Latvian authorities did not decide to resume international transport
The Government of Latvia has not decided to resume international maritime and aviation transport. This, according to the portal LSM, said the Minister of Messages of the country Talis Linkates. Those who, in the hope of the best, have already cleaned tickets for flights or trips outside the Baltic States need to contact carriers and airlines, he said. Linkates did not specify when the decision to resume international transport in the country could be taken. According to the news agency, an emergency regime was introduced in Latvia from 13 March to 12 May due to the pandemic. On May 7, the emergency regime in the country was extended until June 9 with a number of easing.
