Protester killed in Lebanon riots
At least one protester was killed in the unrest in Lebanon, Reuters reported on April 28. Riots erupted in Lebanon due to the sharp collapse of the national currency and the ensuing acute political crisis. On the night of 28 April, banks and offices were burned in Lebanese Tripoli, and violent clashes between police and protesters took place on the streets. Read also:
