The head of the Ukrainian foreign Ministry called the cause of preserving diplomatic relations with Russia

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that maintaining diplomatic relations with Russia need to protect the interests of Ukrainians in Russia. In particular, he was referring to the process of exchange of prisoners. At the same time, he believes that from the point of view of policy ought to break off relations with Moscow.
