Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine: owner of the tanker Delfi interferes with the evacuation of the vessel
The owner of the Delfi tanker, which ran aground near Odessa's Dolphin beach in November 2019, filed a lawsuit with the Kiev City Economic Court against the administration of Ukrainian seaports with a request to ban any actions against the tanker. This was announced on August 15 by the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladislav Krikliy on his page on the social network Facebook. The Minister also said that the court refused the shipowner to satisfy the application and work on the evacuation of the ship continues. The minister is very angry at the feeling that those who created and did not solve the problems and continue to add and interfere with them in the future, the minister wrote, adding that it was time for law enforcement officers to get acquainted with the activities of the owner of the Delfi Mister Drake PC tanker in Ukraine and what purpose he and I will pursue his actions.
