Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine: owner of the tanker Delfi interferes with the evacuation of the vessel

The owner of the Delfi tanker, which ran aground near Odessa's Dolphin beach in November 2019, filed a lawsuit with the Kiev City Economic Court against the administration of Ukrainian seaports with a request to ban any actions against the tanker. This was announced on August 15 by the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladislav Krikliy on his page on the social network Facebook. The Minister also said that the court refused the shipowner to satisfy the application and work on the evacuation of the ship continues.
