Lukashenko: Russian companies will not receive bonuses and will pay us compensation

Minsk will calculate its losses from Russia's change in Russian oil legislation and bill Russian oil suppliers to Belarus. This was announced by Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Vladimir Semashko on February 21.
